Pull-apart bread is a soft, shareable loaf made of buttery, doughy layers that can be easily torn apart by hand. - Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Prepare Butter Mixture
- Melt the butter in a small pot. Mince the garlic and finely chop the parsley. Stir both into the melted butter along with the salt.
- Shape Dough
- Roll out the bread dough into a rectangle approximately 1 cm thick. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough.
- Create Bread Pieces
- Cut the dough into small squares, each about 5 cm wide. Stack them vertically in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
- Add Cheese
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the stacked dough.
- Bake Bread
- Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool Bread
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before serving.
