- Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Prepare Potatoes
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Slice thin slits into the potato, making sure not to cut all the way through.
- Melt Butter
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the olive oil and minced garlic to the melted butter.
- Season Potatoes
- Brush the butter mixture over the potatoes, making sure to get into the slits. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme.
- Bake Potatoes
