Panna Cotta

  1. Bloom Gelatin
    1. Sprinkle gelatin powder over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Heat Cream Mixture
    1. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot, but not boiling.
  3. Add Gelatin
    1. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Add Vanilla
    1. Stir in the vanilla extract until fully combined.
  5. Pour into Molds
    1. Pour the mixture into individual serving molds or ramekins.
  6. Chill
    1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve
    1. Unmold the panna cotta onto a plate or serve directly in the molds. Enjoy!
