- Bloom Gelatin
- Sprinkle gelatin powder over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Heat Cream Mixture
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot, but not boiling.
- Add Gelatin
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Add Vanilla
- Stir in the vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Pour into Molds
- Pour the mixture into individual serving molds or ramekins.
- Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve
- Unmold the panna cotta onto a plate or serve directly in the molds. Enjoy!
