  1. Cook Pasta
    1. Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Salmon
    1. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from pan and flake into pieces.
  3. Prepare Sauce
    1. In the same pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften. Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
  4. Combine Ingredients
    1. Add the flaked salmon, cooked pasta, lemon zest, and fresh dill to the pan. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve
    1. Divide the salmon pasta between plates and garnish with additional fresh dill if desired. Serve immediately.
