- Make the croutons
- Cut the bread into cubes. Toss with 30 ml olive oil and minced garlic. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Grate the cheese
- Finely grate the Parmesan cheese and set aside.
- Prepare the dressing
- Mash the anchovy fillets and mix with egg yolk, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, 30 ml olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the salad
